Clare works with both children and adults in her private art therapy practice using EMDR, SSP, Psychology, Guided Drawing®, Breath Work, Somatics and Clay Field Therapy®. As a Gestalt practitioner, the innate wisdom of the body and the phenomenological approach of Sensorimotor Art Therapy® are a natural fit. A background in Clinical Health Care and Counseling while working in hospitals and rehabs has given Clare extensive experience in life’s transitions, grief and loss, addiction and trauma.

For Clare a particularly rewarding aspect of her work is applying early interventions with children using Sensorimotor Art Therapy®.

Clare is an international trainer and supervisor in Sensorimotor Art Therapy®. She has assisted Cornelia extensively in the Clay Field Therapy® training both in Australia and internationally and is available for online individual sessions and supervision.

Saba Basoglu is a clinical psychologist and Sensorimotor Art Therapist®, specializing in Clay Field Therapy® and Guided Drawing. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology with a dissertation on Clay Field Therapy® for individuals with Medically Unexplained Symptoms.

Her clinical experiences in hospitals, psychiatry clinics, psychotherapy centers and universities gave her the opportunity to broaden her understanding on psychosomatics and trauma. She views psychotherapy as a medium for realizing each individual’s unique potential of transition and growth rather than merely treating symptoms.

Saba is an associate professor at Istanbul Galata University and continues her private practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor- instructor. She works predominantly with adults and teenagers, integrating Sensorimotor Art Therapy® with phenomenological psychology, psychodynamic-existential approaches and body-informed trauma therapy.
